You Are Not Alone

Maybe you feel like a small cog that sees the need for change but is swamped by the scale of needing to change a society that doesn't seem to 'get it'. This is normal but has a solution.

This book will highlight in section 2 how learn how to face the future and the anxieties it brings. However, if the anxieties are not obviously fixable by you alone, it's easy to ask "Well, what's the point?!".

As it happens, there is growing evidence that social networks (of various types) have great potential for change and it doesn't take many people to harness this process. The third section of the book takes a look at networks, how they work and the fundamental role individuals play in using them to generate change.
